Exchange & Returns

We want you to love what you have purchased from us. Try on your purchase in the comfort of your own home and if you are dissatisfied with your shoes, your order will be accepted for refund or exchange if returned unused, in original condition and packaging, within 14 days from the delivery date.

Exchanges

  • Damaged / defective items can only be replaced with the same product.
  • Email us at oleah@clara-h.net within 2 working days of receiving your shoes along with the reason for exchange.
  • For Singapore locations, once your order is accepted, we will coordinate a date and time to pick up the shoes and do the exchange for you. 
  • For overseas locations, once the reason is accepted, you can send the shoes back to the address that we will provide
    • We will send you an email notification upon receipt of your returned pair
    • Returned pairs will be inspected by our team and the conditions of those that meet our returned policy will be processed. An email notification will be sent to you regarding the outcome of the inspection.
    • You will receive an email once your replacement pair is on it’s way to you. Time taken for the pair to reach you may vary, depending on where you live.

Returns

  • The cost of shipping will be borne by you and is to be paid via bank transfer to such bank account that we may specify in writing to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • The refunded amount will be the purchase price less a 3% handling fee. This will be sent to you via check/bank transfers.

        We recommend that you opt for a shipment method that enables tracking. Note that OLEAH will not be responsible for the loss of the returned parcel.

        Footnote:
        Please ensure that the item(s) is in original condition, original packaging and with the original tags. We will not be able to accept Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost. A final inspection will be done to ensure that it is in its original condition, followed by processing your return.
