A guided shopping experience focused on fit, comfort, and long-term wearability.

What’s included:

• A 0.5 hour (30mins) pre-shopping consultation at Oleah studio 
  

• Up to 1.5 hours of in-person accompanied shoe shopping in Singapore

• On-the-spot fit assessment and advice while you try on shoes

• Guidance on:

  • sizing and width

  • instep and pressure points

  • construction and material suitability

After purchase

• Any required post-purchase fitting will be carried out at the Oleah studio on a separate day

• Adjustment fitting session duration: up to 1 hour

• Adjustment fees are charged separately, based on the work required
