Virtual appointment via Zoom or Google meet

Pre-purchase

If you intend to purchase our shoes but don't know how to measure your feet or if you intend to see our shoes on camera before before purchasing, you may book a virtual appointment with us via the widget below. 

During the appointment, you can get to ask us as many questions as you like about the shoe or the brand and even payment methods and delivery.

The session may involve instructions and observation in drawing of the feet for measurement and how to interpret it according to our size guide.

You will need to install zoom or google meet app on to your mobile phone. 

Upon Receipt of Shoes

Once you've received your shoes, Oleah will initiate a virtual appointment to check on the fitting of the shoe virtually. This is to ensure that they are snug and without gaps at the back.

You may raise any concerns such as toe area tightness or loose fitting on one side during this session so that we can advise you on the best methods to alleviate your concerns.
